Parental code problems

Hello !

I forgot my xbox 360 parental code, it's not the first time. Normaly I would contact xbox support, but yesterday and today I can't do that, because I'm asked to fill in name & surname, but fields are grey without fill option !!!

How can I solve this problem?

Bonjour je suis français je ne parle pas bien anglais. Mais c'était pour vous parler d'un problème sur mon xbox.Un amis moi l'a vendu il y a 1 ans de son tout depuis le.Et il n'y a pas longtemps je me suis acheté un jeu en le mettant dans ma xbox il demande moi pour un code parent que je n'avais pas ma disposition et la première fois car les jeux avec lesquels il m'avait vendu fonctionnent sans code parental. Je vais lui demander il m'a dit qu'il avait oublié. J'ai essayé de formater la xbox mais le code était toujours l . Ensuite, je voudrais savoir comment le supprimer pour pouvoir jouer mes jeux.
Aidez-moi, s'il vous plait. -

Hey Kaegral,

I managed to solve this problem my self - created a new account with new email, and those grey fields were filled with NAME and LAST NAME.

Then I was able to contact customers support and get my xbox 360 reset code.
