    Hi I am a secondhand dealer I bought a Xbox from a customer but there is a parental code on it I have contacted the customer who sold it too me he cant remember the code nor can he remember the security question I tried to contact support but with no prevail

    is there anything I can do too get the passcode off so I can resell the console

    The only way to get the code off the console is to contact the official Xbox support via phone at Customer Support

    You need to provide the console serial number, as the support has to calculate an unique reset code for the console from that serial number. They will then walk you through the reset process.

    There is no other way than contacting the official support via phone.

    Delete the accounts on you console and make a new one with your age. Just know that some games don't need Parental Block to stop you from playing if you don't reach the age limit.

    With the Netflix update, parental control blocks the Netflix app. Before, parental control blocked individual movies on Netflix which is how it should work.

    If it blocks the parental lock, there is a reason for that. You should talk to your parent.
