Parental age bug.

When you say you changed your age do you mean you tried making an account with a different age as you fill in your details? I think your best chance woyld be to contact cuatoner support and see if there's anything they can do to help.

If you're underage and want to change the date of birth so that it coincides with your Xbox account you will need to provide proof of age via a credit card with your name. This is the only way to change the date of birth across all accounts.

If you are underage though please be aware that it is against the terms of use and code of conduct to try and circumvent the system by creating a new account with a false age.

Unfortunately for the Xbox profile side of things it goes by the DOB that was put on the account when it was originally setup.

There is no way to change the DOB that will also change it on the Xbox profile side of things.

You will either have to create a new account or create one that is an adult and put this account as a child in that family

I'm sorry, I'm all for age restrictions on some games, but there is no enforcing it beyond purchase. there are too many variables in humans to use facial software or vocal recognition to determine age. If minors are playing games above their age its on parents.
I wont say its poor parenting for buying a 13 year old Halo. However I will say i have seen my fair share of uninformed/disinterested parents buying children GTA and other highly mature games even after being told about the content and that's what bugs me.

That's not the parent associated with your account. The parent listed on your account will need to sign in with their Microsoft account email.

Is here some kind bug in this or what?
