Parental account no longer exists, stuck in new terms of use page.

I tried to agree with the terms of use but it required me to sign in with the parental account, but it probably doesnt exist anymore since it was registered 3 years ago with a random gmail address when microsoft account was still called hotmail/windows
live/msn. I actually gained access to that gmail inbox and there was an old verification mail from Windows Live I haven't opened for 3 years. When I clicked the link to verify the windows live server had already gone. I tried to use the password reset function
for the old parental account but the reset code didn't arrive to my alternate email. The recovery form didn't work either, so I guess it has been removed due to its inactivity/migration to outlook.

So now I am forever stuck at the agree to terms page while it is impossible to login to my "parental account". Is there any way I can either get to the parental account or switch off parental control completely? I am already over 18 anyway.

Email no longer exist (new terms)

I am unable to select the terms of use because the email associated with the parental account no longer exist, how can I change it so I can access my Xbox live?

 

Help acces my account.

My account has a parental account on it set by my dad. The email the parental account is set up on was deleted and is no longer recoverable. Since the new terms of use came out in October I cannot accept it because the parental accounts email no longer exists
and is no longer recognized by microsoft. I cannot contact customer support on any microsoft website and I can't even cancel my xbox live subscription. Is there a way to change that email address so that I can access the account?

 

I recently got an Xbox 360. The games app for Windows 8 also requires me to sign in to XBL as well, which is currently impossible for me. That's why I have to retrieve my 3 years old "parental account".
