Parental account needs to accept me to be in preview program?

Chatted with Microsoft about me not being able to get in the preview program after three months to bd told I need to send A message to the account that invited me to the preview program which i think is my parental account. Now the question is after I send
the message, what does The parental account need to do to accept me ?

The Parental Account for my account has been deactivated due to inactivity and in order to accept the new terms of use for the xbox update there needs to be parental confirmation.

i need to accept the new rules of XboxLive.

I accept them with my main account, but my parents need to accept them to. One problem, the current parental account doesn't exist anymore.

Some one here who can help me and have an option to accept the new rules?

The parental account will either give you permission to enter the preview program or it will not allow you to participate due to age or for whatever reason to require parental account approval.

 

So how's does the parental account give me permission to be in after I already been invited by the parental account?

Sorry you're having issues getting your invite into the Preview Program. You mentioned many time about parental account. Do you have separate consoles in your home, or just one? If you only have one console, and the Parental Account is the member of the
preview program then the updates should be installed on your Xbox already and there is no interaction needing to be done by you.

Ok so console A has the preview program installed on it which is your parent. And console B is yours which does not have the preview app installed on it. And the parent has invited you to the preview program? If so how long have you waited for your system
message to come through? Has your parent tried to invite you more than once?

Also note that not everyone is selected for the preview program. No where does it say what the requirements are, but there is a chance your account does not fulfill a requirement to use this.

 

I've had the message that says you'll receive a service message soon for months. And you're correct about Console A and Console B. I've had the parent account invite me multiple times and still nothing

 

Ok then try to visit the forums below and post your question there. If you receive group not found please let us know. If that is the case after a day or so, a moderator will pop in, look at your account and give you the access needed.
