    I lost my parental account username and password and the account was deleted from my xbox one. I have recently changed my email and I need to change an accounts buying settings. Please help

    Thanks for the help Vibroplex.

    I have contacted support and they have escalated the issue, and I have have received a response from a forum mod on the support forums who is looking into the issue.

    All I can do now is hope for the best.

    Parental passwords can only be reset by the guardian or carer of the Account owner, I doubt there is any way around this security feature as it has been implemented by Xbox to prevent unauthorized usage and/or unwanted activity. if you login via outlook.com
    the direct to xbox.com check under setting and/or security, there should be settings related to parentel controls there, if this doesn't help I would reccomend contacting support.

    Good day!

    Please go ahead and reach out to Xbox Phone Support by going to
    support.xbox.com/contact-us     for this matter. You will need to be able to access your account and know either the phone number or email address associated with the account to recover it. Please go to
    Recover your account and fill out that form to recover the account. If the child account is an orphaned account (meaning no parental account is attached) you will need to contact Xbox Phone
    Support so they can escalate your issue to the appropriate teams for resolution.

    My parents would gladly have their password reset. if it were possible.

    I have already contacted support, and the best they could do was refer me to the form Vibroplex linked above, which didn't have enough information to be approved. (We really didn't have anything because the email it 5 years old, however we did have C Card
    info, but that obviously wasn't enough.)

    I don't have access to the Parental Account so I can't get rid of it. I can't even go into My Account at xbox.com because I need to agree to the terms and conditions, which I can't because I don't have access to the Parent Account. I have an ongoing XBox
    live Gold Membership tied to this account which I would like stopped and I can't actually do that.

    When I try to access My Account at xbox.com it says I've found a glitch and brings up an error page.
