    my dad put a password in the control of the parents and forgot, the he was trying to restore but asks for the answer of the password of restauration, which he also forgot, how do I change that answer or password
    and receive it by email? Thanks in advanced

  3. Disable Parental Account

    Hi Rod! You will not be able to just "disable" the parent account, but as long as your account reflects you are at least 18, you can upgrade your own account to an adult account.

    Follow the instructions on promoting a child account to an adult account in this support article: Xbox LIVE and Zune online
    safety and privacy.
