Parent Required Login

Actions Prior - I signed into xbox.com and microsoft.com on my ios device.

(Not sure what affect this has on me logging in but something im sure)

Hello! I am having an issue in which I choose my xbox account to login on my Xbox One. It buffers for a second then requires me to choose a parent account to be able to sign in to my account. The thing is, I am the parent account. So, once I log in to the
"parent account", It then buffers for a few seconds then asks the same request, "We need your mom, dad or other responsible adult to give permisisons for you to finish setting up."

(I have an automatic login on my xbox one, so when i select my profile it doesnt require password)

But this time it asked for my microsoft account password. Then procceeds to ask for parent.

I can successfully log in to other accounts and modify settings but not my own.

Help!!!

Unable to accept updated Policy due to some problem

I am Unable to accept updated Policy due to some problem. When I login to my account, I get a page to accept terms and policies. When I click accept, it tells parent approval required. As I'm under 18 years, it shows that. But in that page, I can't click
on the next button! Due to this problem, I'm unable to login to my Xbox account in my Nokia Lumia 630 device!

Update: Now I'm able to click the next button. But now, after my father log-in from their account , it again shows too accept policy. After accepting, it again shows "Parent approval Required"!!. This cycle is repeating every time

Same problem for me too. Followed the suggested checks from the x-box site and checked settings of both mine and daughters account but it still doesn't work. Very,very frustrated.

like parental settings blocked or can't login server because you are under age?

For fifa you must be 18 and above

Not just have parental permission it is a requirement of their servera

are you by any chance playing under a child account? If so some settings require the parent to login to approve/modify settings changes.

Because they each want to be able to play their own games and save their own settings and achievements separately. The issue here is the age. There should be an option for children who are say 9 years old and younger to play under a separate login, but
for it to fall under the parent's account and not require a separate login. As they get older (10+) then they will better understand the concept of logins and passwords, but requiring a 6 yr old to do this (or have the adult have to remember a separate login/password
for them) is ridiculous.

Incognito mode doesn't solve this. The issue seems to be that the process for connecting epic account to xbox requires logging into a microsoft account, BUT there is no microsoft login for a child account on xbox.

If the login flow added a step that allowed a parent to choose which one of their family xbox usernames to connect to epic, this would solve the issue.
