Discus and support Parent Request Login in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Actions Prior - I signed into xbox.com and microsoft.com on my ios device.     (Not sure what affect this has on me logging in but something im sure)

    Hello! I am having an issue in which I choose my xbox account to login on my Xbox One. It buffers for a second then requires me to choose a parent account to be able to sign in to my account. The thing is, I am the parent account. So, once I log in to the
    "parent account", It then buffers for a few seconds then asks the same request, "We need your mom, dad or other responsible adult to give permisisons for you to finish setting up."

    (I have an automatic login on my xbox one, so when i select my profile it doesnt require password)

    But this time it asked for my microsoft account password. Then procceeds to ask for parent.

    I can successfully log in to other accounts and modify settings but not my own.

    Help!!!

    Terms and conditions issues

    When online goto the page that requests the terms of service to be accepted.

    1. Click accept. You will be forwarded to a login page

    2. Log in with parent account

    3. Click accept again

    If this doesn't work let us know!

    It sounds like your account has been added to the FAMILY as a child account.

    The best thing to do would be to log into your Account on the website and check the FAMILY status.

    Microsoft account | Your family

    A Child account is not controlled by age in the FAMILY, but if it has been added as a child or adult account.

    If you can find another account that has been set up as an adult on that account you could leave and ask them to re-invite you as a adult into the Family.

    You have him login at accounts.live.com remove you from his parental account

    then login on your child account then it will ask for a new parental email

    I did it, mean I canceled request him join to family group.

    And just to say that my son is admin in his PC. (his login is : *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    And still all is the same, requesting parental confirmation and unfortunately ending with 'something's not working, It's not you, it's us. '
