Discus and support Parent Controls Time in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When i hit the home button it shows the time like 6:45 and then on the bottom it says time ends at 10:45.     When i hit the home button it shows the time like 6:45 and then on the bottom it says time ends at 10:45. But recently it hant said anythingg so i ws wowonderi how i fix it

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. We suggest a reset of the console since
    the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
    Factory Reset    < (while keeping games and apps)
    IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

    Sadly this did not work.

    And in talking about the homw button on co toller wich brings up the clock and your friends and recent games ect...

    Hi Kat,

    Thank you for coming to the forums today, I'd be happy to try and help you the best I can.

    However, would it be possible to explain the issue with a little more detail?

    Are you referring to the Home button on the Xbox Guide on the Xbox One Console or the home button on the account.microsoft.com/family?

    So the error is that the end time of the screen time limits of the child account is displaying incorrectly, is that right? I just want to make sure I'm understanding the issue fully to be able to assist you better.

    In the meantime, I suggest setting up the
    screen time limits for the child account again to re-save the settings     and then once you do that go ahead and do a

    hard reset and power cycle     to the Xbox console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes.
    Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    I'm afraid that there is only one password control available through the Xbox Parental Controls at this time.
