    Parent Controls and Minecraft Dungeons


    I noticed recently that Minecraft Dungeons doesn't close when the parental controls time is up. It says it is up and logs them out of their profile on the Xbox but doesn't make them stop playing. They are still logged into their profile in Minecraft Dungeons.

    Try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console!

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If that doesn't fix the issue, try to soft reset the console!

    Solution 1:

    You can also hard reset the Xbox One console and its cache. Here is how to do so:

    Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

    Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

    Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

    Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

    Solution 2:

    Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Select the account to be removed and then select Remove to confirm.
