Discus and support parent control issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when I setup my account my dad put his email down for parent control all was good until 5 years down the line he changed email and the one being used...     parent control issue


    when I setup my account my dad put his email down for parent control all was good until 5 years down the line he changed email and the one being used for parent control was deactivated due to not being used. And now parent control is stopping me do anything
    ,I wonder is it possible to get a new parent control if not do u guys have any other solutions to my problem.

    I never played xbox , i only played ps3 so thats why low gt but annyways i will contact xbox live since im 19 this was just a email i made with random info

    If you cannot get uncle to help you then you will need to create a new account which means a different GamerTAG, sorry.

    I think the parental control takes effect over all the accounts on the xbox. without the password for the parental controls you can't get access to mature content.

    Problem is I dont have an adult account and dont have a family group
    You will then need an adult to create an account, add you to the family group and then change those settings for you, to enable you to play:
