    Is your account a child account? If so, your parents need to approve your account to buy games. Check this article for more information:

    To manage a member’s spending settings on the web:

    Ask your parents to Sign in to the Microsoft Family Safety with his/her account.

    https://account.microsoft.com/family

    Under your account (child account), select More options > Spending.

    On this page, you can select the toggle switch under your payment methods to Allow purchases without approval.

    This can also be done by your Xbox:

    Ask your parents to Sign In with his/her account.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Family settings.

    Select Manage family members and choose your child account.

    Select Privacy & online safety > Xbox privacy > View details & customize > Buy & download.

    Select Off in the Ask a parent box.

    Now if you don't have a child account or you already have permission to buy games without your parents approval and are still receiving this message, let me know and we'll proceed to further steps.

    This is just crazy, it just keeps telling me I need parental approval even when I log in with my parental account. When I click on the "child" my account it says I found a glitch. As the parental account I have accepted the TOS.

    Yeah I know with bf4 jus comin out and ghosts about to im irritated I might not get to play, bunches of us cant do anything now. The best thing would make our LIVE accounts that we're posting from accept the terms themselves..im an adult and I couldnt tell
    you the last time I've even thought of the email and password I'd need..im sposed to be adult status I thought I changed it....obviously not and for the actual child accounts that may be opened just implement something allowing 17 and unders to actually make
    a new parent account if thats even still applicable...which it probably isnt
