    I have my son added to my Microsoft account. I can see him at
    https://account.microsoft.com/family     but I can't see him at my Xbox account Logowanie na koncie Microsoft, so I can't change his Xbox settings to allow him adding me as a friend. I can see there only my wife. I don't know what to do with it. Please
    help us.

    Great! If you do go the Family plan - Please keep your Parent account password and Email Known. This will save problems if you need it later. And you will need them later - its just a matter of when, 10 days or 5 years Parent and children profile :)

    Children arent supposed To be on live without parental supervision nor are they not supposed to be on non child profiles

    If you allow them and unsupervised as with anything that's parental responsibility if anything happens

    Limit screen time on organizer account

    You can not limit the base "parent" account. Only children. The xbox is on the parent account. So, it can't be limited unless you loose a lot of game profile data.

    Not a question, just venting - My kids keep spending my money so I had to cancel my auto renewal and remove all forms of payment.

    You will have to be the parent and pass code protect your profile and create a separate profile for him usually a child account if he wants to play online

    this is parenting 101

    also the terms and conditions of most is p's and gaming services not to mention ratings are going to be enforced by international laws soon so parental controls by you has to be in place

    Is it your account or his own child account?

    If it is your account create an child account and put parental settings on his profile and passcodeyour own profile

    Children under 13 isnt supposed to use any console unsupervised
