    so i cant acess to xbox account because when a try to enter it ask me for a parent to log in but i am the parent acoount and it just doesn let me in im so [Mod Removed - Profanity] sad

    im having a similar problem however none of the soloutions on that link seem to be relevent

    i can acess my own WLID accound for my xbox but i cant accept the new 'terms of use' with the new update to the dashboard as the parental email i used i no longer have acess to, i need to change the parental WLID withoput logging into the one that doesnt
    work anymore as its been deleted

    is there actually a way to do what i need?

    Error code 80151909

    I keep getting the same error code too. I tried to acess my profile on my brothers 360, but I got the 80151909 code again. I can acess other profiles, just not mine. :u This is really fustrating, it's been like this all week.
