    Everytime I try to log in it asks for a parent account that is just the backup email. And when I select that it comes up with an error message. I tried signing out and now I can't het it back on the xbox.

    Terms and Con.

    I can’t accept the new terms and con on my Xbox live account, because when I go to conform with my parent account it say that that my parent account doesn't exist. I can't change the password or recover the account because it says that it doesn't exist.

    Any help will be great, thanks.

    Can't accept the Xbox live Terms of Use!!

    Every time I try to accept the terms of use it say my parent account must approve, here's the problem that parent account doesn't exist anymore it has been changed so what do I do?

    Parent account verwijderd, children account nog steeds actief.

    The problem is, the parental account got deleted because of inactivity. The website shows me a dialog with the message the emailaddress doesn't even exists. Please help!

    How do I change the parental email address associated with a child account?

    I'm having a similar problem. The e-mail that my parents used for the parental controls stuff no longer exists and my parents and I do not know the password so we can change my account to an adult one. Whenever we try to recover the password it sends it
    to the e-mail that doesn't exist anymore, the security question doesn't work, and the customer support function went around in a circle and told me to recover it via sending an e-mail to the nonexistent e-mail account. Some help would really be appreciated.

    It works...but is there a way to attach an existing childs account, who dropped his original parental account to an existing parental account?

    Still cannot access Xbox Live account due to parent email being deleted...

    I've also been having this issue.

    My parent account's e-mail is defunct, so it's kind of impossible to have an account that doesn't exist grant me permission to do something.

    Since the parent account doesn't exist. . . is it possible to try to create it? If it is not already taken, of course. This would be harder for paid services such as an email through an ISP, but it may still be possible.
