    Parent account isn't valid


    I have a problem, whenever I try playing COD Black Ops 2 on Xbox one via backwards compatibility (same for Black Ops 1), I get an error saying "your parents microsoft account isn't valid". What do I do about this? It has been an ongoing problem for 2 months
    and I've tried everything I can think of. Please help.

    Microsoft parents account isn't valid

    I can't play on xbox live because there's a problem that says parents' microsoft account isn't valid. If I try to change my parents account there's an error that says that it can't be applied at the moment. Please someone help me!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble adding a parent account to your child account. To check, was the parent account recently created? If it's under 30 days old you may need to wait a bit. If not, let's get you in contact with
    Phone/Chat support to better help out with the connected parent account.

    Here's the exact message, "Your parent's Microsoft account isn't valid. Your parent needs to choose a different account to manage your Xbox profile." It gives me 2 options, "Change Parent Microsoft Account" or "Play offline".
