Parent account invalid and Live Sign Up is currently unavailable.

Last week, my brother accidentally unlinked my account of parental control , so far so good, just relink, right? No.

When I try to log in at live, an error pops up saying that the parent's account is unavailable, this is right. But when I try to register the same or another account appears me the error saying "Xbox Live Signup is currently unavailable." I can log in peacefully
with other profiles, so it's not a connection problem, I already deleted the cache and redownloaded my profile and the error continues. I called support 2 times and they couldnt do nothing for me. My father is still paying for a service that I cant use, i
need to someone from microsoft to link the profile of my father with mine.

Changing parental account due to old one being invalid

Why is Xbox saying to change my parent account due to my old one being invalid, but when i put a new account in. It says xbox live sign up currently unavailable. But I've tried countless times throughout this month and every time it says the xbox live
sign up is still unavailable
