    Parent account got deleted , can't change my settings now


    Hey everyone , so I've recently got back into playing xbox (since i had exams) , it has been a year and a half since i've last played online, so when i plugged my xbox one in and let it update itself . Since i found out that call of duty : black ops 2 is
    now backwards compatible with xbox one so i put my disc in and prepare to play online on multiplayer. So to play online on this game i need to download nuketown map , which is free, my problem is that my settings has been locked by my parent account so that
    i cant download free stuff, and my parent account has been deleted . I am absolutely 100% positively sure that i did not delete because i never look into it since i made it years ago . So i can't play Black ops 2 online because my account is locked ,without
    a parent account, and i cant change it . Someone please help , is that account gone forever and is there anything i can do to this.

    Removing someone from my family who does not exist

    I'm sort of having this problem as well. An old parent account I made during the creation of my account has me added to their family and I have no way of accessing this account because I believe that it has been deleted due to the 365 days thing. Currently
    have 40 quid in my account and can't buy anything because I can't change any of my settings because I can't access that parent account.

    Parent account troubles (URGENT! PLEASE ANSWER WITHIN 7 DAYS IF POSSIBLE)

    "What happens to the child account when the parent account is deleted? (Once again, not closed, DELETED)"

    The child account will be orphaned, hence, no parent account will be able to make changes on their privacy and online safety settings.

    Parental Acccount does not exist, TOU Agreement

    I accidentally deleted the parent account, not knowing that it WAS the parental account and I have no idea on how to get it back or change the settings for my child account

    same problem, iam a child account but no parent account is linked to it, everytime i tried to link one i got the page not found message, and now i cant change my privacy settings or add a parent account.....

    Purchase of this content is not allowed for child + teen accounts.

    I already did that. I got my parent to log in, go to settings, select my account and change my perms to be allowed to buy things. Also, parent controls are set to off.
