  1. Parent account cannot change child settings.

I added a child account from the parent add a family member. The child account shows up as an account, but not under the parent account so I can change settings. The newly created child account took the other child account and put it under it's family.
Since both are child accounts I cannot change settings, but I cannot seem to find a way to reassigning them back to the main parent account. The Microsoft accounts are set in the proper parent/child order, just not the xobx.

How do I re-assign the child accounts back under the parent account on Xbox?

    :)

Can you set limits on a parent account on Xbox 1

No you cannot set limits on a parent account as it is an adult account. you cannot change an adult account to a child account either. Any limit you set will have to be a physical limit you cannot use anything software wise since they are an adult.

Always recommend starting a child off as a child account.

It is possible or your account is as well a child account meaning you cannot change the settings unless you're a parent account.

    Childs Xbox 360 Online settings

Sorry to hear it. The issue is more than likely due to the fact that you cannot change your own child settings. Only the parental account can make changes to a child account.

    password lock a child account

    thats privacy settings LOL

they can login all they want and play online

PARENTAL settings cannot be changed by the child user unless you give them the password

    this requires the parental password

child accounts cannot change to adults magically

you can change privacy and family settings with the parental password which i hope you do not give to your children

you have have it so they cannot post any info on the bio

again please look at the family account and the family settings link i posted previously
