    I commented my problem and I forgot when I bought my xbox 360 I had to put my account and my parents as usual and there are two problems one esque and I am older and the second esque when I put the email and password and I Wrong in the password I had to
    see euivoquad in a letter or something but I do not remember and now when I want to buy something in xbox live gold does not leave me because I'm in "teenager" instead of adult and when I want to change it asks me My father's password and I put the correct
    one and it says that it is incorrect because I put it wrong: c wanted to see if they could help me please: c

    Unable to add son to xbox one

    As above,

    Select child
    Sign in as parent
    get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
    Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

    Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

    Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it Parent account :c :(

    Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

    Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

    Can't Accept Terms & Conditions

    Where I live: Maine, USA

    Issue: I'm almost 19 years old and it's still asking for a parent account. It wouldn't be so troublesome, except for the fact that the e-mail associated with the parent account was deleted long ago and the password has since been forgotten.

    Accounts that this affects: Mine, True elf

    Things I've tried: Signing in to Xbox.com to either accept the T&C or find some way to solve the "parent" issue, but when I check "I accept the terms and conditions" and then click on "I Accept" I am returned to the login screen. When I login again, I am
    prompted to accept the T&C again, and so the cycle continues.

    I need a code to change my family settings?

    The only way to edit or remove the Parental Setting passcode is to A) know the passcode, B) know the security question, or C) call phone support, prove ownership of the parent account, and get a reset code.

    The issue is that I'm unaware as to whether or not my father still uses the E-Mail address that is designated as my parent account, therefore I'd give it the benefit of the doubt and suggest that he still does. If this is the case, wouldn't (what would be
    effectively hacking into his E-Mail) that be against the law?

    I do not wish to dismiss the advice you've given me, and so I will follow it through (including what you've written in your other forum post, which I have read) if/until I reach a stage where I find myself unsure of the next step or unwilling to proceed
    (I do not wish to gain access to an account that somebody else still uses).

    Do you know the Parental Address?



    If you don't have the email address of the parental account, then try to sign in on the Xbox - it will show it to you in the ToU process.



    Then, take the parental address to
    account.live.com/.../reset     and try to change the password.



    If-when that fails, then go through the steps at
    http://account.live.com/acsr     then take a look for my 6:18PM post at the bottom of

    forums.xbox.com/.../367571.aspx     for the remaining steps.



    Once you have accepted the ToU, it should remove the non-adult designation. If it does not, then take a look at
