Parcel delivery missing

Discus and support Parcel delivery missing in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I ordered an xbox it was due to be delivered last Friday and no show.     Parcel delivery missing


    I ordered an xbox it was due to be delivered last Friday and no show. It then showed on Microsoft page should be delivered 4th April again no show also got email to confirm this but now on Microsoft web site it says delivery Friday 31st but I never got it. Ups web site has no updates on it. I tried to call Microsoft they have excalated it to another department but still no word or sign. Really not happy as this was a present and I paid alot of money for it and delivery.

    In these type of cases you should do exactly that. Contact support and ask them for the required help.

    How long ago did you contact them?

    Also, have you tried contacting the delivery company? Sometimes packages can be wrongfully delivered to neighbours

    3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
    5. Select the "Contact Us" button
    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
    7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

    Tried calling ups no joy Microsoft could only advise wot I told them also. I have ticket number but no way to contact them about it. Tracking number but no update from Microsoft or ups pretty poor service

    Do you sign for an Xbox after sending it in for repair?

    Similar to onyx,

    I should imagine that the repair team sent a fully traceable, signature-required, insured delivery. Incidents like this must happen regularly. The parcel goes "missing."

    It's never happened to me, but in the UK, if a parcel is not delivered within 15 days, then you can file a lost parcel complaint and then you will receive some compensation and an investigation will be made.
