Pantalla negra [Translation-Black screen]

Veo que no soy el único afectado, mi consola hace aproximadamente 1 hora que se ha puesto la pantalla negra, se conecta sale la pantalla verde y después la dichosa pantalla negra, señores de Microsoft soluciones el problema!!!!!!

Me pasa lo mismo enciendo hoy la xbox, y todo bien hasta que se fue el logo de xbox y se queda la pantalla negra no deja hacer nada

service alert that was affecting several consoles. Is your console enrolled in the

Xbox Insider program? The service alert has been lifted. We recommend
power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Be sure to let us know the results!

si es asi puede ser tu conexion checa con otro cable hdmi u otra tele para ver cual es el problema

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

First, while the Xbox One is powered on, go ahead and do a hard restart
and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

If that does not help, try these steps:

1. If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
   
3. Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep.
   DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.
   
   Note If you have an Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you’ll need to press and hold the
   Xbox button and the Bind button instead, as your console does not have an
   Eject button.
   
   In either case, this will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, press the
   Xbox button to open the guide. Go to System >
   Settings > Display & sound > Video output, and then select the resolution you want from the Display dropdown.
