Pantalla Negra, no manda vídeo a televicion

Porque mi xbox no manda vídeo a mi televicion , tengo una xbox one, y esto me ocurrió después de la actualización marzo 2018, ya que cuando lo prendo me sale el logotipo de xbox de color verde, después de eso sale el aviso de inicio de secion pero la pantalla
en color negro, ya intente con dejar oprimido el botón de encedido por 10 segundos, y no funciono, llevo un par de días con este problema y no lo eh podido solucionar, por favor quien sepa como arreglar esto, comente este post

nota; lo unico que parece en la televiso es la ventana al mantener el boton de inicio del control que lleva a apagar la consola, apagar control y la lupa

1.Ayuda con mi Xbox one Estava jugando grave fui al baño cuando regrese estava en negro la pantalla se escuchaba el juego todo solo nada de imagen investigue pulse los 10 segundos la encendí se escuchó que encendió pero no mandaba imagen nada
intenté la desconecte dela corriente dejé pulsado el botón de vinculación con el de expulsar disco la en vendo no me manda a ningua pantalla ya no se que hacer es mi primera Xbox nunca tuve es la primera que compro con mi sacrificio y lla nose que hacer ojalá
