Varias veces he intentado pasar la pantalla negra pero me sigue regresando a esta pantalla sin oprimir botones, ya sea en la actualización o encendiendo la xbox one x, me sigue enviando a la pantalla negra, con la reparación por USB (red desconectada) solo
son unos segundos y me regresa a la pantalla negra, si es por conexión a red comienza la reparación y al 6% me regresa a la pantalla negra

Tengo una suscripción a game pass y live, si no se arregla puedo cancelar la suscripción por otro medio, ya que no puedo sacarle provecho, si la consola no se reanima

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with your console switching to a black screen when performing most actions.

For this scenario, I would have to recommend that you reset your display
settings, this should switch your consoles display settings to that of a much lower resolution so as to prevent any further blank screens.

You can follow these simple steps to perform this:

If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
Press and hold the Xbox button and the
Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep.
Don’t let go until the second beep occurs.
This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, press the
Xbox button to open the guide. Go to
System > Settings >
Display & sound > Video output, and then select the resolution you want from the Display dropdown.

If you are still going through the initial console set-up, then you will need to wait before you can proceed to step four.

Me pasa lo mismo enciendo hoy la xbox, y todo bien hasta que se fue el logo de xbox y se queda la pantalla negra no deja hacer nada

Recientemente fui a la playa y traje mi xbox y funcionó bien.
Hoy, cuando regresé y lo enchufé, seguía mostrando la pantalla de actualización.
¿Alguien sabe cómo arreglar esto? nota: cada vez que se sale de la pantalla es solo una pantalla negra.
