    Hola, desde hace unos días no se actualiza el panel de actividades desde la pestaña comunidad. No salen mis logros ni los de mis amigos, tan solo aparecen capturas y clips de algunos amigos no todos y la última desde hace 13 dias. He probado
    actualizando la consola, restaurandola... Y nada

    Hey there

    Well, if the soft reset or a full factory reset did not help, then I suggest checking whether this happens on another internet connection, or on another Xbox if you haven't already.

    It would also be a good idea to try and port forward your network settings as outlined in

    Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One    . This should allow for the easiest and most efficient connection to Xbox Live, which is vital to populate the community tab as well as messaging and other facets of communication through our services.

    When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helps.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, we have seen this in the past
    and since the issue could be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
    Factory Reset    <
    (while keeping games and apps)
    IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
    lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
