    so I don't know if I'm missing something or if I'm just doing it wrong but does pandora no longer let you snap background music and play at the same time, I just did it a few days ago and Now it doesn't give me the option anymore, did they remove the feature?

    Pandora App won't work on my Xbox 360

    Hey there Deecozmed,

    There isn't actually a Pandora app on the Xbox 360. You need to use Internet Explorer and navigate to to the Pandora website to use it currently. Pandora has a list of troubleshooting steps that can help you. Be sure to give them a shot!

    Pandora Stops Playing While We Play Games

    With the recent Xbox One update, my wife and I can have Pandora running in the background while we play our games. Which is awesome, as nothing beats playing Left4Dead 2 while listening to some good music.

    However, when my wife started playing Minecraft with Pandora running in the background, Pandora would stop playing. The Pandora music would stop until my wife signs out of Minecraft, signs into Pandora, and restarts the music manually. It works fine with
    Left4Dead 2.

    Anyone else having this issue? What could be causing it?

    You have to pay for ad-supported Radio!?!?!

    While it's not an ideal solution, you should be able to use the browser to listen to pandora. I am not sure where the gridlock is with regards to Pandora and MS's consoles, but I wish there was a Pandora app. Seems like Pandora has an app on almost every
    device I use and seen. From ipods and android tablets to the obscure smart tvs and audio receivers.

    Whatever the reason is may the app come soon.

    I recommend to do a xbox full shutdown by holding down the power button for up to 10 seconds. After that if the issue still occurs you should try to go into your network settings and to disconnect and reconnect to your network.

    Hi there Shooter,

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with adjusting sound. To help clarify the issue:

    • Are you using the volume bar in the Dashboard for the Pandora App?
    I recommend to try the following when the app is in use:

    1. Xbox button > click on Pandora app > Adjust sound

    If the issue persists, try
    re-installing     the Pandora App.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
