Pandora will not play Background Music at all.

Hey FlashDesert -

We're seeing reports from people that are able to use background music from Pandora now. Could you try

uninstalling the app, searching the store for Pandora and installing the app with a big "P" on it, and trying again for us please?

if you are in the US you can use the Pandora app to play music in your stream but most other music apps on Xbox don't play background music in streams.

I couldn't find anything else to play music when I streamed on Mixer and Pandora isn't available where I am.

With the new update you are able to play background music while playing a game but you have to snap an app like Pandora or groove music to be able to hear the music

In the new update it stated "Background Music: Today’s update brings the ability for the highly requested feature of Background Music, which lets you listen to your favorite music in the background while gaming on Xbox One. The Pandora app, launching soon,
is the first of many partners who will support Background Music, with Groove Music, iHeartRadio and other apps coming later."

Pandora is coming soon, as stated in the update release. However, there is one current App that will work with this function called CAST, it is a free music app. You can use this now until the other music apps are updated to work with the new Background
Music feature.

At the moment only Groove music can support background music Pandora yet requires an update for that function.

Plus background music is only supported for preview members at the moment the general public can't do it yet.
