    Pandora playing on XB1 - goes to black screen after song


    Recently Pandora has stopped playing after one songs and is going to black screen. It is now happening about every one song. If you hit the xbox button you can return to the main screen and quit Pandora then re-start it, then 1 song and black screen.
    If I hit the A button the next song plays but the screen stays black , then after song stops again etc. I have uninstalled Pandora twice both rebooting the XB1, which takes a little bit, then re-installing. Same issue. I do not have any issues playing
    Pandora on PC or via phone. I am using the same XB1 ID that I always have. Any ideas on this one?

    I have the same issue too Pandora playing on XB1 - goes to black screen after song :( 2-3 songs, black screen. Fix the app, Pandora!

    +1 Just installed the Pandora app, played good for a few songs, then it went black and had to quit it from the home screen. Please fix.

    Some songs on xbox music won't play, I recently pinned Bryan Adams anthology to my dashboard and all the songs after no 30 won't play, It just goes to a black screen then goes to the home page. Only started happening after the update.

    Any light on this would help

    Hey, everyone! I'm very sorry to see that the Pandora App is giving you a black screen after a few songs! Hopefully these troubleshooting steps help you out. :)

    • Remove the app by highlighting, pressing the Menu button and selecting Manage game.
    • Hold the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts off.
    • Turn on the console again.
    • Install the app once more.
    If this doesn't help you out, you will definitely want to reach out to
    Pandora Support    . This is the best avenue for you to get support on this issue.

    Hopefully the uninstalling works for you! Keep us in the loop of what Pandora says if it doesn't. :D
