Pandora/iHeart play songs but no sound on Xbox One X.

I've spent hours trying to solve this to no avail. I've streamed Pandora and gamed for years with no problem. Then one day a couple of weeks ago, Pandora began to stream but no sound. I can see the app is playing the music, but you hear nothing. When
you pause and restart, there is a split second of music, then it stops very quickly. I downloaded the iHeart app and it does the same. Youtube works fine and all other sounds are functioning fine, just music streaming on these two apps. I've hard reset,
unplugged from the wall, took my account off the console and reinstalled account, uninstalled app and reinstalled. I signed in and out of the account many times...no sound. MS support went through an hour and half of me jumping through the hoops without
any results until they gave up and said it is an app problem. Pandora is playing fine on any other devices. Am I the only one experiencing this nonsense?!

Connectivity and/or App issues

Since about a week after launch I have had issues with just about every app on the xbox one x. Neither Pandora or Iheart radio will play music, It looks like it is working with song progress bar moving but no sound. Netflix is constantly buffering and
degrading quality and constant degrading or issues in almost every other app. I reconnected my original xbox one same location and network and everything works fine its just on the X. I have tried all of the troubleshooting I have found online and nothing
makes a difference. If I have check my network on the X and is usually around 50mb with a 32 ping. I don't know what else I can try. Other than post here or call support and see if I got a dud

 

Pandora playing on XB1 - goes to black screen after song

Recently Pandora has stopped playing after one songs and is going to black screen. It is now happening about every one song. If you hit the xbox button you can return to the main screen and quit Pandora then re-start it, then 1 song and black screen.
If I hit the A button the next song plays but the screen stays black , then after song stops again etc. I have uninstalled Pandora twice both rebooting the XB1, which takes a little bit, then re-installing. Same issue. I do not have any issues playing
Pandora on PC or via phone. I am using the same XB1 ID that I always have. Any ideas on this one?
