Pandora black screen after a few songs

Here's what I got from Pandora support, so at least they are aware of it. Hopefully everyone having the issue is reporting it to them to make fixing it a higher priority.

I'm having the same issue, can press A to continue but will play maybe half a song and die. Have to force quit and reboot the app.

Guess it's time to go back to playing through internet explorer for me...

Same problem here, I believe it must be a issue with pandora trying to load the ads. I have not seen 1 advertisement since the problem started occurring three months ago.

Still doesn't seemed to have been fixed. Tried uninstalling, tried hard reset... nothing seems to fix it.

Not sure if it's a region based thing, but it certainly doesn't work for me in Australia.

Hey, everyone! I'm very sorry to see that the Pandora App is giving you a black screen after a few songs! Hopefully these troubleshooting steps help you out.

Remove the app by highlighting, pressing the Menu button and selecting Manage game.
Hold the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts off.
Turn on the console again.
Install the app once more.

If this doesn't help you out, you will definitely want to reach out to
Pandora Support. This is the best avenue for you to get support on this issue.

Hopefully the uninstalling works for you! Keep us in the loop of what Pandora says if it doesn't.

+1 Just installed the Pandora app, played good for a few songs, then it went black and had to quit it from the home screen. Please fix.

Getting the same thing, screen goes black!! Just got xbox one a couple days ago and I'm ready to throw it away.

Same thing is happening to me. I've tried uninstalling it several times and rebooting then fresh installs and it still only plays 2-3 songs then stops with a black screen. So frustrating!
