Pandora app showing up twice in ready to install list.

Hello,

Pandora seems to have appeared twice on my xbox one's ready to install list. I noticed this after i updated my xbox and updating the pandora app. There was still the pandora app in the ready to install list. I uninstalled the app and now i am left with two
apps in the ready to install list. The app with the P would never install it just stays there on the list. I could just hide the app on the list but i feel it does not solve the issue. Below is a link to what i am seeing in my ready to install list.

Update:

Never mind. I guess i should have tried the hard reboot option first. The list has showed up again.

Sorry it has taken me this long to reply. No it is the games I do not have downloaded but i have purchased or claimed with my xbox live gold account. The entire list of those games does not appear in the ready to install list.

I had this happen to me before as well. What did was just delete on of them and make sure its not the original. I had this happen to my xbox acc app to where one was showing up green colored and the other gray colored. The green one should be the official
app so delete the gray. If you delete both and re-install it shouldn't be a problem either.

Thank you for your responese. But there is no way to delete the other app (the one with the P). The only options that it has are to install or hide from list. And as i stated before when i try to choose install nothing happens.

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for a minute then plug back in and power on and see if it the problem is corrected or if your able to delete the app.

Tried hard reseting the console, Did not work. Still unable to install or delete app. I believe this is a result of the new update.
