    Pandemic Rewards - Level 2 Progress Not Tracking


    I purchased the following qualifying items to meet the $2 requirement but the tracker is only showing 80% complete:

    4/3/2018 - Zombie Battle Gear - White - $1.00

    4/3/2018 - Zombie Armor - Black - $1.00

    Please correct this, thank you.

    We only see a purchase of State of Decay. Note that as stated in the FAQ, it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    So if you only recently made your purchase, we have not even received that data yet.

    I have purchased the following items since 1 April 2018 and they are not tracking towards this challenge.

    Level 1

    The Walking Dead Complete First Season Game - $24.99

    The Walking Dead: Michonne A Telltale Miniseries - $14.99

    The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Episode 1 - $4.99

    The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Season Pass (Episodes 2-5) - $10.00

    State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition - $7.50

    Level 2

    Armored Zombie Butcher Avatar Outfit - $2.99

    I needed to purchase $40 for level 1 and $2 for level 2. My above purchases should have unlocked both levels, but I haven't seen any progress track nor has either level unlocked. Please help resolve this issue.

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Those Credits are now pending in your account. You do not need to wait until level 1 is unlocked to start on playing those games for progress on level 3. However, please note that we are currently experiencing an issue tracking achievements for The Walking
    Dead. If you experience that offer not unlocking for achievements in that title, please let us know with a new post and we will investigate.
