    i bought 37,50€ (Resident Evil Gold Edition and How to Survive 2) but the progress bar is not updating since monday. Could you check that please? thanks in advance.

    I am having issues with the level 1 of the pandemic rewards mission. Even though I have purchased over the £32 of eligible content (02 April), the progress tracker is stuck on the 20% marker. Content for level 2 which was purchased on the same day has been

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Pandemic Rewards Fend off The Horde and Emerge Alive not received credits

    I'm guessing that in order for you to get credit for Level 3 (Fend off the Horde ), you need to complete Level 1, which is to spend at least $40.00 on games/videos with a pandemic-theme.

    • Level 1: Quarantine Yourself (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $40 before tax in the Microsoft Store on eligible pandemic-themed games like Plague Inc. Evolved, Tom Clancy's The Division, and Resident Evil 7 Biohazard;
      and pandemic-themed movies and TV shows* like Contagion, 28 Days Later, I Am Legend, Outbreak, The Walking Dead, and True Blood.
    Once you've purchased $40.00 and completed Level 1, you can then get the rewards for Level 3.

    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Those Credits are now pending in your account. You do not need to wait until level 1 is unlocked to start on playing those games for progress on level 3. However, please note that we are currently experiencing an issue tracking achievements for The Walking
    Dead. If you experience that offer not unlocking for achievements in that title, please let us know with a new post and we will investigate.

    We only see a purchase of State of Decay. Note that as stated in the FAQ, it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    So if you only recently made your purchase, we have not even received that data yet.
