Pairing issue with ps5

Are you asking about the Microsoft wireless headset?Do other headsets pair just fine with PS5? Does the headset pair with other devices properly?

Hello Cait5678, as it is a Sony product, we are not very aware of how it behaves with certain devices, however it should not be too deferential of the other.

Have you tried any such procedure, update the firmware of the control or try to pair it on another device other than your PC, a mobile phone for example, or tablet, to see if it pairs properly?
