Painfully slow download speed of Halo Infinite from Microsoft Gamestore

Please check, or ask your ISP to check, if the following ports are open in your router and put the PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration if you have a secondary router both must have the same configuration:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.

It's free, seems like they released it a day early. I'm downloading it on my xbox right now. Although, the download speed is painfully slow.

Thank you, now for the painfully slow download process, I know I and the rest of the world are dowloading it. Makes me wonder why I pay for 125mb dowload speeds, lol

You're not the only one. I'm having issues downloading this game from the XGP on PC. A few days ago it was downloading at a painfully slow 0.3 mb/s. Now it's gone up to between 2 and 3 mb/s. Like you, it's only this game.

I'm a hardware techy person and I'm positive this slow download is Microsoft's end.

Strange thing, I sugest you to try download in another place just to be sure it's a content issue, not related to your ISP
