Bonjour,

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je vois passer des commandes de packs dollars pour gta5 sur mes commandes microsoft mais personne ne les a passées. Comment bloquer la personne qui a piraté mon compte? La première fois microsoft a remboursé mais pas la dernière
fois. Si ça continue je vais tout couper et mon fils n'y jouera plus.

Have you tried removing your debit (bank) card from your Microsoft account?

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see if anyone else has been signing into your Microsoft account and making those purchases.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
