paid years subscription but no record

not played in the last six months and noticed my credit card had been billed for the years subs - managed to access my account but no record of payment and cant get on xbox live - fed up

No redeem code

I paid for one years subscription for xbox gold. Received an email with the confirmation but no redeem code.

How do I activate this?

Good afternoon! Appeared the problem with subscription XBOX Live. On my account record have exposed the count for extension of the subscription , but since on my plastic card of no money and I did not want to prolong the subscription.Since I service of the
subscription did not use!And You want that I have paid You for service which did not use!? require to take out of account record exposed count on subscription and disconnect them!
