    Paid Xbox Live Gold cards not working


    Hello I have an xbox one and I bought two 12 month xbox live gold subscriptions and a 3 month xbox live gold subscription and none of them worked. We did everything we were told to do but still none of it worked. The error codes it gave us according to xbox.com
    either "don't exist" or are xbox 360 codes. I don't know what to do and I really could use some help to resolve this issue

    No Pay, but I have Gold subscription

    I have an Xbox Live Gold 3 Months, this subscription will be automatically renewed, even if the credit card no money. Now I put the money on the credit card, but I still have not paid, even though I have paid the subscription Gold working. What should I

    But Why Xbox Gold Live doesn't need to be paid with a credit card?
