Paid Xbox Gold twice for the same month

I am and live in Spain. I like however to play games in english. For this reason I have my settings for the Xbox set to US english. Because of this, when I paid for a month of Xbox Gold, the bank transfer was made but the subscription did not work and I
could not play online. I then changed the settings to Spanish and paid a second time. This time the Gold subscription did work but now I am told by Microsoft chat support that although my US subscription has been canceled, I am not eligible for a refund for
the US subscription.

It was never my intention to have two accounts (which is what I am told I have), only to play games in english. I believe I should be refunded. Hope to have some feedback about this. Thank you.

Xbox Live gold subscription not working

hello, I just paid twice for Xbox Live gold 1 month. I’d like a refund for one of the 10.95 subscriptions I bought. Thanks.

Double Charging

When I used a PayPal account to pay for one month of the XBOX LIVE GOLD Membership, it charged my account twice without me purchasing the service twice, also recieving only one month of the service, not two as paid for.

What do I do?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with this. However, unfortunately no one on the forums here can help with this as all billing issues must go through phone support to be dealt with.

Perhaps try contacting them again. Maybe another representative will give you a better answer. If you cannot get one then you may need to deal with your bank to claim the funds back.

If the support agent told you to come here then they told you incorrectly. There is nothing that anyone here can do to help. You will need to contact them again to get this sorted.

The way you've described it, what it sounds like you've done is purchase the expansion pack using a credit card, and not the currency on the MS account. This would mean the $35 you redeemed on your account is still there waiting
to be used for something else.

As Smwutches said, there isn't any way to buy Xbox 360 content using the MS currency, and when you buy something it tells you which payment method you're using.

You need to contact phone support for anything billing related as they are the only ones who deal with this sort of thing.
