    My son accidentally paid for the Xbox Live Gold subscription twice because he didn't think it went through the first time. I can't find anywhere how to get refunded for one of the purchases. I've clicked on just about everything and it only brings me to
    the forums. An email or live customer support person would be nice. What do I do?

    Hello. I've already paid for xbox gold and xbox game pass and at my xbox live account payment aren't updated yet.

    I'm waiting for 4 days and there's any progress, so I decided to write this post.

    Are you sure he paid twice? When does the subscription expire? In order to get a refund you will have to call Microsoft and talk to customer service.
