    so i paid to renew my xbox live but its saying that it the renew date is tomorrow but the money has already been taken out of my bank account? does this mean i have to pay for it again in order to go online? will turning off auto renewal prevent me going
    online?

    Trying to use my 3 month pass to renew my Xbox live membership and I can't use it . Yes, I know you can't use a prepaid card when you're last due but come on it a 3 month card that's paid for. My bank account is low until I get paid again but is there

    Hey SoberRanger!

    Where you used a pre paid card to renew you won't get the free gift card. you had to renew during the promo period on the xbox dashboard via xbox live buy selecting the promo ad and so on buying the renewal online.
