    I paid to change my gamertag, and I see the charge in my account history, but it wasn't changed.

    If your Gamertag has still not updated to the one you paid for, please contact Xbox Support so they can assist you. They'll be able to confirm the charge for the Gamertag change and confirm whether or not it actually changed.

    Paid to Change GamerTag and it didn’t change

    I made an Xbox live account on my phone before I put it on my Xbox and I had typed the gamertag I actually wanted in wrong. So I paid to change it to the correct spelling, and it charged me, but it didn’t change my gamertag. So I have no idea what to do!

    I registered a return request where I specified the reason (I also attached a link to this post) and it was refused :)))

    The idea for which I registered a return request was to try to buy the gamertag again, hoping that there will be no more errors.

    Those in the support are for nothing. So I have to sue Xbox <3 xd

    Try changing your gamertag again through the website and see if it gives you the option to change each gamertag individually. If it does, you would need to change the Michael#56971 gamertag.

    You actually have both tags on your profile. It looks like you changed your classic gamertag, which will show as BMicha3l in places that don't support the newer gamertag policy.

    I am not offered this possibility.

    The Xbox account name is BMicha3l in the web interface.

    The strange thing is that I bought this username and it is still available :)

    (And if I try to change it again... Obviously I have to pay the amount of 10 euros...)
