Paid the gold member on wrong user name -

I bought the XBox Gold Member for one year to my XBox account. After that I noticed, that it was the wrong account, cause I want to buy the membership for my child.

Is it possible to transfer the memebership.

I already contacted XBox to cancel my membership, but I didn't get any response.

Hi! I need some help! Its not allowing me to sign in my xbox live account. I keep getting error 80048821. I have just paid to extend my gold membership and still is tellingme that the password or the user name is wrong

This happens to lots of Xbox One users if you are a Gold or Game Pass member.

And hitman 2 is a free game with paid DLC.
