Paid subscription is not active

I have paid for 3-months subscription for Live GOLD. Right before I've paid for 1month subscription it was cancelled because of bigger payment. Because of that last entry in payments history is figured as cancelled (despite the fact that previous one is
properly paid) and subscription remains inactive. I've traid to contact support numerous times but every time on chat got a message about problems with the following ID (CV: c98Z2Yt4bMX0zA7n.0.0). Could anyone from Microsoft finally contact me as it starts
to be just irritating. My username is .

Can't connect to xbox live on my account?

It doesn't matter when the subscription is due to expire, you are required to have an active card on file throughout the course of your subscription. Fully paid or not. That is a requirement of any subscription service.

 

WONT LET ME REDEEM A 3 MONTH GOLD CARD ?

I had same code...I just chatted with support they said:

The only reason that your code is not redeeming to your account is because you are on an active paid subscription and there is a bit of a known issue with stacking paid subscriptions and pre-paid subscriptions together.

Your current subscription expires on December 8, 2016, and once expired, you can then redeem your pre-paid code without any issues!
