    Paid subscription has gone


    I've had to do a new windows install after a problem with my C drive and although I've managed to log back into my solitaire collection and it has remembered my stats it hasn't remembered that I have a paid subscription. Is there something I need to do
    to fix this?

    Xbox charged me for yearly subscription when I had auto renewal off?

    I turned auto-renewal off on Xbox as my yearly subscription was due to be paid, but xbox have gone and charged me for a yearly subscription when this was off. Am i able to cancel and get a full refund?

    Hi xbox im having issues with xb1 account my card has been declined and im trying to purchase membership with pre paid 3 month subscription can someone help me with this its a first time this has happened i cant access xbox live at all ive gone all the

    PC gamers have brought their own hardware they paid for in full

    Year long subscriptions have been gone for several years now. You can still stack up to 3 years of subscriptions

    This message will show up if you have a subscription that has gone past due and needs to be paid.

    You can check the status of any past subscriptions by signing into your account at account.microsoft.com/services

    If you do have a past due amount you would need to take care of that first before being able to enter in the code.

    This would have to be taken care of with a debit/credit card that is different from the one that was used for the subscription.
