    Paid my coins but won't finish the download


    Was enjoying this but I paid my coins and it won't finish downloading my new jigsaw. Very disappointing. All your games keep freezing. Not sure if that is your fault or Windows 10. This is a new computer that was professionally set up for me so I am sure
    it is not the computer. Now I am afraid to pay any real money for any games that my grandson might want. Please fix your problem if you want me to continue using Microsoft.

    Downloading puzzles

    I have tried to purchase puzzles with the coins I earn, but when I select the puzzles it subtracts my coins, but the puzzle won't download. Any suggestions?

    Agreed on the absurdity of it all. Buy coins to have game drop out and waste the spend! Inadequate software to support the program and the users are rightfully disgruntled. Travel Patterns are not paid either. So close to the end of all levels and want
    to finish but with the time outages, this won't be until 2020!

    Likewise…I just don't want to lose the puzzles that I've purchased, or the gold coins that bought them. With a Premium Subscription paid too…anybody else frustrated that Microsoft hasn't/won't help???

    It would just download it then it won't finish it then it would read download itself and then I won't finish it that repeats like a lot of times

    If you click on see error details, what do you see? Can you please provide a screenshot?

    Have you also tried stopping the download and trying again?
