Paid movie rental not showing as paid?

I recently paid for two movie rentals on Xbox 360, they were both showing in my active download, afterwards they both were showing in My movies, but were both asking me to rent again as if I had already watched them, but still showing that I had 14 days
to watch till they expired. I have both the 360 and Xbox 1, they are both showing the same thing under the Movie & TV app?

We see that this purchase was awarded progress towards both Movie Marathon and Triple Feature. Please note that it takes us 96 hours to receive new activity, so your purchase on the 16th was not awarded until the 20th.

 

Movie rental not showing up in Rewards

Rented Molly's Game last weekend and has not shown up in Rewards yet. It has been longer than 96 hours and was a HD rental, so was $4.99 or higher.

Can you please check if both films are showing in your
purchase history and also if payment has been taken by Microsoft for them. If the films are showing in your purchase history or have been charged and you are not able to play the films then I would encourage you to contact the Xbox Support team by
using this link and when prompted either request a phone call from Xbox Support or Chat with Xbox Support.
