Paid gold bars for puzzles and didn't get them.

I paid 5,300 for a set of puzzles. Then they started to download and then I lost the connection. They never finished downloading and still haven't shown up two days later. Could you please look into this? I would really appreciate it. They store will not
show me any puzzles for sale either just the 3 that are arranged around the store icon. Thank you so much

Downloading new puzzles not working

Looks like I'm not the only one having this problem. I saved up enough gold bars to get some new puzzles. Paid for a new puzzle, gold bars taken, but no puzzle downloaded.

I used my gold bars for new puzzles. the gold bars where taken from me. but wont download also a box pops up and said I didn't have enough gold bars after you took them. it will start to download then stop. what's up? please fix or give all of my gold back
for all three puzzles. thank you
