Paid gamer pic removed

I bought a gamer pic from Microsoft only to have it get removed saying it violated conduct which was a picture of an anime character shoulder up and male so not even lewd. Whelp there goes my money and no case review option for something minor.

Gamer Pic Removed

My gamer pic was APPROVED by Microsoft/Xbox and then a few weeks later taken down and now I cant edit it at all.

Why is this action being taken against me IF IT WAS ALREADY APPROVED?!

Not exactly sure why this could be happening but something about the image must be viewed as inappropriate.

If you upload an inappropriate custom image it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional imagery for a specific period (typically
24 hours). Repeated violations or especially inappropriate images may result in lengthier suspensions.

Keep in mind that once you’ve uploaded an image, even if it was shown only briefly or was subsequently changed, it may get reviewed and the account may still be subject to enforcement action.

Keep in mind that copyrighted images are not allowed to be used.

 

I paid for it from the source so no copyright could have occurred they just removed my gamer pic randomly even though it has been on there for years.
